Will you take a stab at updating the NID FAQs on the website? This may push you outside of your comfort zone, but I actually think your lack of direct experience on the NID issues will be an advantage. I want you to convey the information in a way that makes sense to you, so I can be certain it makes sense to the public. I'm too close to it, you know?

Tim added some information in October that is listed as new. We need to remove the ``new labels for those questions. I suggest updating this question with the info from 2016 (2015 collection). Steve can provide the specific numbers. The percentages should be very similar.

What percent of the yearly NID assessments were paid by the property owners in 2015?

The Brush Creek assessments collected $251,007 out of $391,949.34 (64%). Unfortunately, no collections (0%) were received for the Brink Meyers assessments of $277,945.40.

I would also like you to add a question or two about the judicial foreclosure process. The press release should be a good guide for information. Alternatively, you could keep a short response and link to the press release for more information. For reference, I also attached the policy report from the 3-1-16 exec session. Naturally much of that information is confidential, but it is ok to report that we got a default judgment for the 45 Park Place property, and we're working with Platte County to schedule the foreclosure sale.

There may be other questions that should be updated. If you can put them all into a word document draft, I'll review and make edits when I see your new content.

Do your best. I will review and help you with your draft. Let me know if you have questions as you get started.

Here is our latest press release about the judicial foreclosure. I'll ask Melissa to update the FAQ page with the latest public info about the foreclosure process.
