I think I answered my own question. I didn't match the agenda with the motion so I'll fix it.

Am I correct in thinking both readings were going to be Tuesday? If I misunderstood let me know and I'll make the changes.

Sounds like a plan. I'll let Melissa know when I'm finished reviewing.

All packets items are in the folde now. I just finished 5C and the work session tonight. Tim, please review item 5C, and Matthew, please review the work session policy report. Please get to this ASAP in the morning since Melissa is trying to push the packet out and leave before noon. I'm sorry for the tough deadline. It was really a struggle to get the General Fund sorted out this week for a variety of reasons.

I have a breakfast meeting in the morning and won't be in until after 9:00 a.m. Tim and Matthew, I trust you to make the changes you see fit to these two items, and communicate to Melissa when they're ready.

Melissa, there are three ordinances slated for first reading, with second reading deferred to Nov. 3 (4E, 6A, 6D). All three have slightly different versions of the motion. Will you please review and correct as needed? Sounds like we all need a reminder of where to find the standard wording for motions.

Please do not include the ppt in the work session packet - yet. It has some problems I'll need to fix tomorrow. If I get it done, I'll send it out to the BOA tomorrow afternoon.

Thanks all. Let me know if you have questions.
